You will lead the planning, organisation, and implementation of complex projects within Global Security, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and compliance with security policies.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires at least 4 days at our London Fenchurch office.
What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure adherence to Global Security policies, standards, and compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to information security
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
- Mentor team members and fosters a culture of security awareness
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Strong experience in project management, with a focus on IT or security projects
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Good understanding of information security principles and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CISSP
- Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
- Familiarity with RBC’s technology stack and security tools
