Health & Safety Manager — Drive Compliance & Culture

Wessex Internet is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and support our safety function. You will ensure compliance with legislation, build a proactive safety culture, and provide practical guidance across construction, civils and operations teams.

You will lead the Safety team, deliver training, drive risk assessments and incident investigations, and report on safety performance to continually improve our standards. The role requires a minimum three days on-site per week.
