Demand Planning Lead – Build Core Forecasting Process

Blue Arrow in Walsall is creating a new Demand Planner role to build the planning function from the ground up within our UK manufacturing and distribution network. You will establish processes, improve forecasting, and create a single view of demand.

You will use Power BI and Excel for reporting, work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales and Ops, and support S&OP activities. The role offers hybrid work and the chance to shape the future of planning.
