Job Description:
Molton Brown, part of Kao, is seeking a Demand Planning Team Lead to drive forecast accuracy and lead a two-person team across multiple global channels. You will translate market insights into robust forecasts and align with Sales, Marketing, Production and Supply Chain to support inventory and service levels.
The role requires 5–7 years in demand planning within cosmetics/FMCG, experience with SAP/IBP, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
