2nd Line IT Support Analyst – Hybrid, Bonus & Career Growth

Welcome Break in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive 2nd Line Support Analyst to help keep our sites connected and moving forward. You’ll own escalated incidents and work with multiple teams in a fast-paced IT Operations environment.

This hybrid role offers 8am–6pm core hours, on-call rota with extra pay, and a salary up to £35,000 plus a strong benefits package. Travel to Welcome Break sites is required from time to time.
