Day Shift Lead Operator – People & Performance

Yeo Valley Organic in Crewkerne (Somerset) seeks a Lead Operator for a 3-month secondment on the day shift (06:00–18:00). You will lead and support co-owners to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient day-to-day operations, coordinating resources across assets and driving performance improvements.

You will motivate and develop the team, manage changeovers, and ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards while using data to drive improvements across shifts and sites.
