Hygiene Team Leader – Fast-Paced Food Safety Champion

Pilgrim’s Europe in Westerleigh is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to join our site. You will assist the departmental Supervisor with daily running of the hygiene area and ensure compliance with Company hygiene standards, policies and procedures.

Shift pattern is rotating weekly with start times 05:00-13:45 and 08:45-17:30. You will help maintain clean facilities, train staff, monitor attendance, and ensure records and equipment are properly handled, while supporting the Hygiene Manager.
