Lead Children’s Home Manager – Trauma-Informed Care Leader

Madiba in Sheffield (S3) is seeking a Registered Manager for a Children’s Residential Home. You will lead a team, oversee care plans and safeguarding, and work with senior leaders to achieve Good or Outstanding OFSTED outcomes in a trauma‑informed setting.

Excellent leadership and a background in children’s residential care are essential, including Level 3/4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Residential Childcare. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to rota shifts are required.
