Head Veterinary Surgeon: Leadership & Flexible Hours

CVS Group UK in North Devon seeks a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a four-vet team at our Barnstaple practice. The role is 40 hours per week, commonly four days, with a 1:6 Saturday rota (TOIL). Flexible/part-time options may be considered to suit the right candidate.

You’ll mentor colleagues, maintain clinical skills with a surgical bias, and drive service improvements while delivering excellent client care. We offer relocation support and strong CPD opportunities for the right candidate.
