Critical Care Lead Nurse (Band 6) – Education & Leadership

The Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit at King George Hospital, Ilford, as a Band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse.

You will lead and support a dedicated team delivering Level 2 and 3 care, provide clinical leadership, education and role modelling, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care and ongoing service improvements.
