Senior Service Designer – Public Sector, Hybrid & AI

IBM FutureNow is hiring a Senior Service Designer to lead the design and continuous improvement of complex, user-centred public sector services. You’ll translate user needs, policy aims and technology constraints into end-to-end services while collaborating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor designers, apply GDS principles, and ensure accessibility and security across all service touchpoints.
