Mars is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Abingdon site to own manufacturing processes, documentation and equipment for a low-volume, high-technology product line. You will lead improvement initiatives, support New Product Introduction, and drive quality, delivery and cost improvements.
You will work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment, applying modern manufacturing techniques and problem-solving to achieve measurable KPIs.
