Senior Block Manager – Residential & Mixed-Use

Auckland Estates is seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our Commercial & Block Management team in Potters Bar. You will manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, building strong relationships with clients and residents while ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance.

Key duties include day-to-day portfolio management, selecting contractors, preparing service charge budgets, and coordinating with freeholders, leaseholders and management company directors.
