Education Recruitment Resourcer (Remote Option)

Bright Star Talent Limited is seeking an Education Recruitment Resourcer in Sutton Coldfield. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with the option for remote working once established.

You will search for teachers and support staff, build relationships with candidates and schools, and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. You will interview candidates, register and check references, ensure compliance, and collaborate with consultants to fill bookings.
