n Are you a Residential Real Estate Solicitor with circa 3 years’ PQE looking to join a progressive, forward thinking law firm where your career and development genuinely matter?
n A highly regarded North London based law firm is looking to strengthen its Residential Real Estate team with the appointment of an enthusiastic, confident and self motivated Solicitor.

The Role
n You will deal with a varied residential property caseload, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy and providing a consistently excellent level of client service.
n Your work will include:
n Residential sales and purchasesn Transfer of equityn Remortgagesn Advising clients throughout the conveyancing processn Managing matters with minimal supervisionn Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other third partiesn Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high standardn Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsn Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
n Experience of new build conveyancing would be advantageous but is not essential.
n Excellent IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently and efficiently in a modern, technology focused environment.
About You
n We are looking for a Solicitor with circa 3 years’ PQE and solid experience within Residential Real Estate.
n You will ideally be:
n Confident managing your own residential conveyancing caseloadn Experienced across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityn Comfortable working with minimal supervisionn Enthusiastic, proactive and self motivatedn Client focused with excellent communication skillsn Commercially minded with an interest in business developmentn Highly organised with strong attention to detailn Technologically confident with excellent IT skillsn Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment
