Interim Delivery ManagerUp to 420 per day (Inside IR35)n 6 months with potential 12-month extensionn Location: Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week in GlasgowSecurity Clearance: Basic Disclosure Scotland and BPSS required

n We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the delivery of strategic digital and business change initiatives within a complex public sector environment.n Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end delivery planning, risks, issues, and dependencies.

n

• Providing governance, reporting, and assurance to senior stakeholders.

n

• Supporting Product Owners and leadership teams to deliver strategic priorities.

n

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to maintain delivery momentum.

n

• Managing relationships with external partners and third-party organisations.

n

• Overseeing system integration and interface dependencies.

n

• Assessing and coordinating responses to external changes and impacts.

n

• Identifying and mitigating delivery, data, and integration risks.

n

n

Essential Skills

n

n
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.

n

• Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines.

n

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

n

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

n

• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.

n

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.

n

• Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile and Lean practices.
