As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll step into all kinds of situations from supporting someone settling in for the first time to encouraging daily routines or celebrating personal goals. You’ll bring calm, confidence and care to people who need it most, right when they need it.

What sort of things will I do?
n * Offer emotional support and practical help during challenging timesn * Help with personal care, medication and day-to-day routinesn * Encourage positive choices, structure and independencen * Pitch in with cleaning, meal prep or appointments when neededn * Support recovery and life skills in a safe, stable environment

Who are we looking for?
n * Someone who’s calm, reliable and ready to step into new settingsn * A good communicator who knows when to listenn * Ideally, you'll have experience working with people affected by addiction, homelessness, mental health issues, or involvement with the justice system. However, we will support the right person to learn and develop in the role.n * You’ll also need (or be working towards) an SVQ Level 2 in Social Care
