In this role, you will lead and support our team in delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring our stores operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Co-operative Group, utilising their branding and operational systems to maintain the standards expected of a leading convenience retailer. This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week. Shifts may start as early as 7:00am and finish as late as midnight, including weekends and bank holidays.
