Heres more about the role and what were looking for: As Research Academy Administrative Officer, you will be at the heart of the Academy’s operations, providing high-quality administrative support that enables the team to deliver an ambitious programme of activities and events. This role is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover position and presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a high-profile University initiative, working closely with senior leaders, researchers and professional services colleagues across the institution. You will: Support the day-to-day administration of the Research Academy and its programmes. Help coordinate and deliver events, workshops and networking activities. Organise meetings for operational and advisory groups, preparing papers and taking minutes. Support financial administration, monitoring expenditure and producing reports. Coordinate travel, purchasing and other administrative processes. Assist with communications and stakeholder engagement activities across the University’s research community and external partners. Contribute to the smooth operation of the Research Academy Hub systems and help create a welcoming and professional environment for colleagues and visitors.
