Technical Operator, Continuous Improvement & Operations

Griffith Foods is seeking a hands-on operator to support the production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will stand in for the Team Leader when needed, coordinate labour and material movements, and help operate and maintain diverse processes to meet safety and quality standards.

They require a track record of extensive manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
