Your new roleThe organisation is seeking either a Legal Officer (NQ-2 PQE) or a Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join the team. The level ofn appointment will depend on your experience and background. You will providen legal advice on enforcement and regulatory matters, support or lead litigationn and tribunal proceedings, manage relationships with internal and externaln stakeholders, and contribute to the effective delivery of legal services acrossn the organisation. Forn those joining at Legal Officer level, this role offers an excellent platform ton develop litigation, advocacy and regulatory law experience with support fromn experienced lawyers. For candidates joining as a Lawyer, there will be greatern responsibility for managing complex cases, providing strategic legal advice andn handling higher-profile matters. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Solicitor,n Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive. Strong legal research,n analytical and drafting skills. The ability to providen clear, practical legal advice and exercise sound judgement. Excellent communicationn and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative approachn and the ability to build effective working relationships across a range ofn teams. An interest in or substantial experience of litigation, regulatory enforcement, tribunal proceedings,n investigations or advocacy.
