Key AttributesThe successful candidate will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, and will be responsible for a team of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Finishing Foreman.

Experience within a similar role where you have been managing teams and producing high quality traditional residential schemes.
n
Chair, attend and minute meetings with internal team members and external Contractors, design team or other relevant partiesEnsure site presentation is maintained to a high standard in order to maximise sales potential.

Planning and monitoring the project and development of team membersExperience of working of residential housing projects 200 units +A proven track record of delivering previous projects from inception to completion and handover.
