The company is hiring to meet growing customer demand. As a Software Development Manager, you will manage a team of 10+ engineers day to day. You will also help shape the architecture and future plans for their products.

This is a semi-remote Software Development Manager role. Most of the team work in the office 4 days a week. Due to the nature of the work, you will need a strong technical or relevant engineering background.

Key Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or similarExcellent background in C++ development or modelling-related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc.)4+ years of Project Lead or Team Lead experienceGood experience liaising with customers on requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe company offers circa 55k – 85k dependent on experience, with flexibility for particularly relevant candidates.
