A Lead Hardware Engineer is required to join a growing technology company developing advanced vision and perception systems. The Lead Hardware Engineer will take ownership of electronic system architecture and delivery across complex hardware platforms. This Lead Hardware Engineer role offers hands‐on technical leadership with responsibility from concept through to validated product.n Responsibilitiesn Own hardware architecture, schematic design and PCB development for vision and sensing systemsn Lead electronics development across prototypes, verification and production readinessn Work closely with software, firmware and mechanical teams on full system integrationn Support high‐speed digital interfaces, power systems and sensor integrationn Drive design reviews, technical decisions and hardware roadmap planningn Mentor engineers while remaining hands‐on with design and validationn Requirementsn Strong background in electronic hardware design for complex embedded or vision systemsn Proven experience with schematic capture, PCB layout and board‐level bring‐upn Understanding of high‐speed digital, mixed‐signal or power electronicsn Excellent academic background, typically a strong degree from a leading university in Electronic Engineering or a related disciplinen Ability to operate as a technical authority within a small, fast‐moving teamn If you're interested in the position of Lead Hardware Engineer, please apply or contact Chris Moffatt for more details.
