We're looking for a Data Centre Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for operations at our site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and resilient running of all critical engineering systems. Role Responsibilities: Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of workmanship.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
n
Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS, etc.) are maintained to the highest standards.
n
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
n
Ensure all engineering activities are accurately logged and documented.
n
Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety, and all company policies.
n
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).Proven experience supervising engineering teams within critical environments (data centres, hospitals, etc.).Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).Experience using CMMS systems and BMS platforms.
