The RoleAs a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Managing the engineering design of new housing developments, from land acquisition through to site completion.
n
Overseeing external consultants, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
n
Liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies, and contractors to progress approvals and technical agreements.
n
Supporting the delivery team with engineering solutions on-site, ensuring developments are safe, efficient, and commercially viable.
n
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers within the team.
n
What We're Looking ForA qualified Civil Engineer (degree or HNC/HND) with strong residential development experience.
n
Knowledge of highways, drainage, utilities, and earthworks design.
n
Experience in Section 38, 104, and 278 agreements.
n
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills. What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.
