Founding Head of Data Science & Production ML (Remote)

Paddle group is hiring a Head of Data Science to build Paddle’s data science capability from the ground up. You will own automated decisioning inside the product, deploy models and agents, and evolve a hub-and-spoke data science organization across key business areas.

You’ll work directly with Product, Payments, Engineering, Risk and Finance, shaping the data strategy, governance, and value capture for a data-driven payments platform.
