VP of Engineering – Remote, AI-Driven Scale Leader

BibliU is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and grow its engineering function. The role oversees team leadership, standards, governance, security, and delivery against the roadmap. The team is primarily full stack TypeScript on AWS, with a growing, distributed setup across the UK and US.

The first year focuses on earning trust, predictable delivery, and embedding AI-assisted development. You will shape architecture for scale as BibliU moves beyond $100m revenue.
