We are looking forIndustry/capability leaders/consultantsthat can deliver an £8M – £10M book of business within 3 years and can develop/bring a team of consultants in their specialistarea of delivery.
On passing probation growth shares will be issued,En route to achieving your number initial equity partner status can be triggered by hittingpre defined Revenue/Profit targets.
Once your business plan is achieved over the 3 year period aspecial bonus is awarded against the growth shares.
