Monzo is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future. This senior individual contributor role combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial judgement to tackle Monzo’s most important challenges.
You’ll lead data strategy across domains, collaborate with product, ML, engineering, risk and operations, and coach others while maintaining hands-on practice in analytics and modelling. The role supports London or Barcelona offices with UK remote options.
