Framework Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of a major electrical power distribution framework in Aviemore, overseeing safety, quality and commercial performance. You will work closely with customers, contractors and regulators to ensure projects are delivered on time and to programme. You will shape lifecycle plans, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, and drive compliant, site-safe delivery of large-scale power projects. This is a senior, impact-driven position within an established UK energy and infrastructure business.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of electrical power distribution projects across the framework, ensuring safety, efficiency and contract alignment
• Develop and execute project lifecycle programmes with resources, activities and milestones
• Forecast and monitor project budgets and commercial performance
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, regulators and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation including CDM, and with company and industry standards
• Manage contracts and support delivery of large-scale engineering, construction and power projects

Key requirements

• Experience on DNO/electricity projects or strong HV/LV technical expertise (cable laying, switchgear, jointing and commissioning)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical power distribution projects
• Contract management experience, ideally with NEC3/4
• Ability to forecast and control project budgets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
