Overview
As a Management Systems Auditor at BSI, you help clients improve by guiding them through ISO assessments and reporting findings. You will work with a variety of clients, on-site, remotely, and from a homebase, contributing to their journey toward trusted standards. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams, adapt to different contexts, and support clients in achieving compliance and continuous improvement. This role offers development in multiple ISO standards and a clear impact on sustainability and resilience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct audits against multiple management standards (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001)
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients
- Guide clients through the assessment process to achieve certification or compliance
- Travel to client sites and perform remote audits
- Provide support and guidance to clients to enable continuous improvement
- Onboard and train for additional standards as needed
- Maintain effective communication and adapt quickly to changing audit contexts
Key requirements
- Experience with more than one management standard (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001)
- IOSH or NEBOSH certifications are highly beneficial
- Strong communication, agility, resilience, and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site and remote audits
- Background in Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) fields welcome
