Job Description:

Overview

In this role you will craft engaging motion content for ThinkMarkets’ campaigns and products. You’ll collaborate with global marketing and creative teams, taking projects from direction to delivery. This is a full-time independent contractor role with overlapping hours to UAE and UK teams, offering a fixed monthly compensation. You will shape how complex financial concepts are communicated through videos and animations, contributing to campaigns across digital channels. This is a hands-on, collaborative position with a clear impact on brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create short- and long-form motion videos for campaigns, paid media and social media
  • Produce explainer and product videos to clarify complex ideas
  • Edit content and incorporate stakeholder feedback across rounds
  • Resize/adapt assets for different channels and formats
  • Support localisation of video content for different markets and languages
  • Perform basic sound design and audio syncing as needed
  • Develop animatics and final cuts from storyboards and visual direction
  • Maintain consistent motion and visual standards across deliverables

Key requirements

  • At least 3 years of motion design and video editing experience with a relevant portfolio
  • Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to take a brief to finished video including editing, revisions and multi-format delivery
  • Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, typography, sound and motion design principles
  • Ability to manage deadlines, respond to feedback and collaborate across locations
  • Experience in financial services, trading, fintech or fast-paced digital business is an advantage
