In this role you will handle high-profile property disputes within a Band 1 ranked Real Estate Litigation team in Cardiff. You will advise on contentious portfolio issues, support developers and investors, and manage a personal caseload with senior guidance. You’ll build client relationships through in-person engagement and contribute to marketing and cross-practice collaboration. Responsibilities
- Advise on property-related disputes and contentious portfolio issues
- Manage own caseload with support from senior team members
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular in-person engagement
- Support owners, developers, investors, and end users in development projects
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
- Collaborate across practice groups and jurisdictions
Key requirements
- 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation
- Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent academic background
