Overview

As a Residential Property Solicitor in Wiltshire, you will manage a varied conveyancing caseload within a collaborative, growth‑oriented practice. You will support the team’s expansion by strengthening client and referrer relationships and delivering high-quality service. This role offers career progression in a respected property law team with a strong emphasis on client outcomes and business development. You will handle complex sales and acquisitions while upholding the firm’s reputation for exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Advising on new build, shared ownership, and Help to Buy transactions
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other introducers
• Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the team

Key requirements

• At least two years’ PQE
• Solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer
