In this role you will advise on innovative digital asset transactions within a growing Structured Finance team in Bristol. You’ll blend structured finance expertise with cryptoasset and tokenised-structures work for an international client base. Responsibilities
- Advise on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
- Support regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and emerging technologies
- Draft, review and negotiate structured finance and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporate clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the digital assets practice
Key requirements
- 1–4 years’ PQE in a leading commercial law firm
- Experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work
- Genuine interest in digital assets
