Overview
In this role you drive readiness and enablement for Cross-Border Services within Mastercard Move, ensuring launches are well-governed and operationally prepared. You partner with global and regional teams to maintain documentation standards and streamline intake, governance, and communications. You’ll build scalable readiness assets and dashboards that track progress and quality, enabling successful product launches and impact across the ecosystem. You will shape product readiness practices and help teams translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the formal readiness intake and prioritization process with complete, approved documentation
- Govern product launches through a structured readiness review framework
- Drive automation to improve efficiency, consistency, and governance of readiness activities
- Own centralised product knowledge repositories and ensure content is current and accessible
- Maintain readiness documentation standards, guides, and settlement constructs in line with governance
- Deliver readiness reporting and dashboards tracking completeness and status
- Lead communications to improve internal and external processes and product bulletins
- Enhance awareness and adoption of readiness processes across global and regional teams
- Embed commercialization readiness into readiness assets to articulate value propositions
- Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for readiness governance and launch execution
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to achieve readiness outcomes
Key requirements
- Proven product management experience with complex product documentation
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse global audiences
- Experience creating training materials and product bulletins
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across technical, commercial, operations, and legal teams
- Project management capabilities within own scope
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
