In this Exeter-based role you will handle a varied property litigation caseload within a supportive team, with emphasis on housing management disputes and client-facing matters. You will assist senior colleagues on complex cases and contribute to winning outcomes for housing sector clients. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including housing management disputes, with appropriate supervision
• Support senior colleagues on complex matters and develop technical and procedural expertise
• Advise registered providers, local authorities and housing sector clients; prepare pleadings, correspondence and key documentation
• Represent clients at hearings or mediations when appropriate
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development activities
