Overview

In this role, you design, implement, and oversee training, calibration, and quality programs to ensure accurate clinical endpoint assessments. You work with Clinical Scientists and Clinician Services to raise study readiness and data quality across global trials. You lead training delivery, calibration events, and governance, driving compliant, high-quality performance among internal clinicians and site raters. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership position with a clear impact on trial outcomes and patient data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and sustain study-specific and therapeutic-area training programs
  • Develop calibration strategies to meet clinical quality objectives
  • Manage onboarding, assignment tracking, and study readiness activities
  • Monitor clinician performance and ensure scoring consistency across studies
  • Identify quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Lead calibration exercises, scoring reviews, and quality monitoring with Clinical Science
  • Coordinate training schedules, calibration events, and documentation to meet timelines
  • Provide coaching and feedback to clinicians on performance and quality improvement opportunities
  • Support resourcing decisions by assessing clinician performance for studies
  • Ensure training records and SOPs meet GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in training quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collaborate across global teams to support international clinicians and sites

Key requirements

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Life Sciences, or related clinical field
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience in psychiatry, neurocognitive disorders, neurology, behavioral health, or related areas
  • Minimum 3 years experience delivering clinical training or professional development programs
  • Minimum 2 years experience administering clinical outcome assessments in a research setting
  • Working knowledge of GCP and regulated clinical research environments
  • Experience monitoring clinical quality, rater performance, or clinician compliance (desirable)
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-project management
  • Strong verbal and written communication with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; bilingual/multilingual advantageous
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
