In this role you will join a top-tier Agricultural Litigation team in Bristol, handling high-stakes disputes for farming and landowning clients. You will work closely with a Partner on a varied caseload across property litigation, farm partnerships and inheritance issues, and contractual/negligence claims. The role offers hybrid working and potential for 4-day weeks, within a collaborative, growth‑minded firm renowned for client relationships. Responsibilities
- Handle property-related disputes (rights of way, boundary issues)
- Manage farm partnership and inheritance disputes
- Advise on contractual and professional negligence claims
- Collaborate with a Partner to manage a diverse caseload
- Engage with high-net-worth farming clients and provide strategic counsel
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in property or agricultural litigation
- Strong technical expertise and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Collaborative and client-focused mindset
- Not suitable for newly qualified solicitors
- Background in property litigation welcome for transition into agricultural work
