Overview
In this role you will handle a focused residential conveyancing caseload within a growing, client‑centred practice in Bath. You’ll work as part of a supportive, modern team that values efficient IT systems and a warm, high street atmosphere. You will manage transactions from start to finish for freehold/leasehold sales, registrations, and related matters, while maintaining excellent client care. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
- Handle registered and unregistered property transactions
- Oversee Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equity
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensure excellent communication and client care throughout transactions
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
