Overview

In Bristol, a respected national law firm is looking for a Solicitor with 2+ PQE in public law, human rights, or Court of Protection welfare to join the Public Law & Human Rights team. You will manage your own caseload, supervise juniors, and help grow a nationally recognized department. You will represent clients in disputes about medical treatment, advise on residence and care, and handle best interests decisions, while collaborating with Partners and external organisations. This role offers meaningful work safeguarding the rights of vulnerable individuals and shaping outcomes in health, care, and personal welfare with a strong team culture.
