Pensions Administrator – Remote – Umbrella

Overview

In this role you will drive coordination of large data initiatives within a pensions administration context. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of complex pension projects. You will test and validate complex data outputs and calculations, building matrices to verify system results. You will identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement to support smooth scheme operations. This contract offers the chance to impact pension administration through rigorous data work and collaboration with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large or complex data initiatives
• Review others’ work for accuracy and compliance with scheme rules and legislation
• Support the team on complex pension scheme projects
• Verify calculations and outputs from complex data exercises
• Build calculation matrices to test system calculations against expected outputs
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

Key requirements

• In-depth knowledge of DB occupational pension schemes
• Relevant degree or progress with PMI examinations; QPA desirable
• Experience in pension administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
