Master Data and Project Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating activities, maintaining high-quality data, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. You will manage SAP master data, ECOs, and manufacturing readiness to enable teams to focus on delivering improved health outcomes. You’ll contribute to data integrity, governance, and performance reporting while driving continuous improvement. This position sits in the Operations team in Havant, offering a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create, extend and manage SAP master data records (materials and part numbers) with data integrity and governance
• Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure SAP reflections; manage drawing releases and engineering doc updates in Solid Edge
• Create and maintain production Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production orders in SAP for manufacturing readiness
• Coordinate new part costing with Finance and maintain accurate production structures for standard costs and product costing
• Investigate and resolve SAP transactional issues (COGI errors) and support related documentation across modules
• Produce operational KPIs and management reports; monitor workloads and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and root-cause investigation

Key requirements

• high level administrative experience with attention to detail
• strong SAP experience including MDG and Fiori desired
• understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes in a relevant environment
• planning or coordination experience beneficial; highly organized
• practical experience of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in manufacturing/engineering
