As a Solicitor or Conveyancer in our Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload, handling sales, purchases, equity transfers, and remortgages. You will draft documents, liaise with clients and professionals, and ensure compliant, timely billing and file standards. You’ll work in a supportive Bristol practice with clear progression toward Manager/Director, including hybrid work options. Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters (sales and purchases)
  • Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Prepare accounts and ensure timely billing and file management
  • Ensure files are LEXCEL compliant
  • Support marketing initiatives and help generate new business leads
