Overview

As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will lead and shape compensation programs across EMEA and APAC to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to implement market-aligned pay strategies, incentives, and governance. You’ll translate market insights into actionable programs while staying compliant with laws and internal guidelines. You’ll thrive in a global, matrix environment and drive strategic decisions that reinforce the employee value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage compensation programs: market benchmarking, planning, recognition, offers, retention, and budget management
  • Advise stakeholders on compensation philosophy, covering base, variable, sales, equity, and cyclical/ad-hoc programs
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business partners to understand needs and prioritize compensation work
  • Provide insights to inform strategic decisions and pay policy
  • Assess market trends, pay legislation, and transparency impacts on the pay philosophy
  • Design and governance of incentive plans with Finance; support enterprise-wide pay program initiatives
  • Operate with autonomy, ensuring alignment with governance standards and company guidelines
  • Represent customer voice in client pay program design and communications

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent with proven compensation track record
  • Experience crafting and owning base, variable, sales, and equity compensation programs
  • Strong analytical ability to break down complex data into actionable analyses
  • Forward-thinking and end-to-end thinking
  • Ability to influence and communicate with executive audiences
  • Skilled in building consultative partnerships
  • Experience advising across regions, preferably EMEA and APAC, in a matrix global organization
