Overview

In this role, you will support the Ads GTM strategy for the UK, shaping sales structure and resource allocation. You will lead revenue forecasting, pipeline management, quota planning, and business reviews to drive ad revenue growth. You will analyze performance across data domains to surface actionable insights for cross-functional partners. The position offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing ad business and opportunities to influence how Netflix scales its advertising footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the UK Country Leader on GTM sales strategy, including segmentation and resourcing
  • Lead sales operations processes: forecasting, pipeline, quotas, and monthly BI reviews
  • Analyse sales performance from large datasets to drive insights
  • Collaborate with Market Activation, Finance, HR, and Business Operations on ads-wide projects
  • Manage sales data in the CRM, including accounts, territories, and activities
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of programme performance to inform decisions
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly review materials for senior leadership
  • Lead discussions on business performance and accountability for outcomes

Key requirements

  • Substantial experience in digital advertising with Sales Operations for large enterprise client teams (7+ years)
  • Experience managing relationships with senior sales stakeholders at country/regional/agency level
  • Familiarity with digital advertising landscape and agency or client-direct models (UK focus)
  • Strong spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence decision-making in cross-functional settings
  • Ability to collaborate and incorporate diverse perspectives in decisions
