Overview
In this ICQA Operations Manager role, you own inventory control and quality assurance within a fulfillment center. You lead safety programs, drive accuracy in counts and processes, and partner with operations to reduce defects and inventory deviations. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through data-driven improvements and loss-prevention collaboration. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role where your leadership shapes operational discipline and customer obsession at scale.
Responsibilities
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for Associates
- Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts per network strategies with SOX compliance
- Measure quality, inventory integrity, and provide proactive feedback to operations management
- Analyze customer complaints and defect data; develop action plans to prevent recurrence
- Identify root causes of inventory deviation via cause-and-effect analysis
- Lead network-wide quality initiatives in fulfillment and operations
- Strategic planning, forecasting, and directing work
- Lead and supervise Area Managers and hourly associates in ICQA operations
- Manage Area Managers in ICQA functions and drive team performance
- Drive process improvements to keep pace with rapid growth and reduce turnover
- Ensure process discipline across shifts and departments; monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with department managers on projects and system enhancements
- Work with Loss Prevention to enforce policies; align with operational leaders on process discipline
- Support interviewing and hiring new Managers
