Overview

In this role, you guide complex technology programs within Global Technology, driving on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, apply advanced analytical thinking, and manage resources and budgets to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll champion agile practices and influence decisions to enable growth and innovation. This position offers impact across the firm’s technology initiatives and requires strong leadership and communication to navigate ambiguity and scale programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze complex technology change challenges to determine strategic execution plans across Global Technology
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans to maintain momentum
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables aligned with business goals
  • Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and drive data-driven optimizations
  • Promote agile methodologies and a culture of continuous learning and innovation

Key requirements

  • Advanced experience in technical program management for large organizations
  • Sdlc and application development practices familiarity with hygiene management and controls compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with vendor products and managing vendor relationships to enable access to shared applications/services
  • Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments
