Senior Python Developer / Consultant SaaS

Overview

In this role you will shape cloud-based software solutions for law firms as a hands-on Senior Python Developer / Consultant. You will work directly with clients on bespoke projects, owning delivery from design to deployment. Expect greenfield development and rapid iteration within a growing, profitable scale-up. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable Python/AWS applications and drive impactful outcomes.

• Salary up to 80k

Responsibilities

• Lead client bespoke development projects end-to-end
• Design and build cloud-based applications using Python and AWS
• Make technical decisions and own delivery outcomes
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• Work independently with fast feedback on results
• Contribute to product direction and raise the bar on engineering practices

Key requirements

• Strong Python backend development experience, ideally with FastAPI
• Experience with AWS, including Amazon CDK
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles
• Full software development lifecycle knowledge and modern engineering practices
• Business acumen and start-up/SME experience
• Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the product
• Degree educated in Computer Science or related field
• Active GitHub account and/or personal projects (preferred)
